The Interdisciplinary Play Therapy Clinic

The Interdisciplinary Play Therapy Clinic is an outpatient mental health center designed to provide play therapy services to children and their families. It is affiliated with the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and is housed in the School of Allied Health Professions in the Department of Rehabilitation Counseling as a teaching, training and research facility.

The clinic provides individual and group play therapy to children and professional consultation services to parents seeking to enhance their child-parent relationship. Additionally, the clinic provides training for students/professionals seeking certification to become a Registered Play Therapist.
