The speech-language pathology students
started the summer semester with a free speech and hearing screening
for the LSU Health Sciences Center community. Many of the 23 new SLP
students took advantage of the screening.
Paul Blanchet has accepted a
position at Fredonia University in New York. He leaves us at the end
of July.
Theresa Nicholls, Clinic Coordinator
for Speech-Language Pathology, was on the airwaves. She discussed
“Baby Signing” (teaching sign language to toddlers) on WWL Radio.
