Tina Patel Gunaldo, PT, DPT

Instructor

Tina Patel Gunaldo received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1996 from LSUHSC in New Orleans and her Master of Health Science, emphasizing in education, in 2000 from LSUHSC in New Orleans. She received her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2005.  

Tina worked at North Oaks Health System in Hammond, Louisiana for 10 years. During this time she was employed as an outpatient physical therapist for 6 years and for 4 years she pursued administration responsibilities as the physical therapy supervisor and outpatient rehabilitation manager.

Tina joined the LSUHSC-NO Physical therapy faculty in 2006.  Prior to joining the faculty, Tina lectured in the physical therapy department at LSUHSC teaching content in electrophysiology and administration/management. She has also lectured for the Occupational Therapy department at LSUHSC in New Orleans, and the physical therapy assistant programs at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge and Delgado Community College in New Orleans.
