Kirk Nelson, MPT, ACCE
Clinical Instructor
Kirk Nelson is originally from Shreveport, LA, and graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science. Kirk graduated from LSUHSC School of Physical Therapy in August, 2000. During his time at LSUHSC, he was awarded the Rob Beaugh Memorial Scholarship and the Physical Therapy Award for Excellence in Research. Since graduation, Kirk has been working as a staff physical therapist at the Medical Center of Louisiana-New Orleans, Charity and University campuses. Kirk is currently a clinical instructor in the School of Physical Therapy teaching Clinical Neurology and Clinical Practice I. Kirk is also the Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education for the New Orleans Campus of LSUHSC School of Physical Therapy. |
