The Rehabilitation Counseling department's accreditation was renewed in the Fall of 1998 by The Council on Rehabilitation Education. The Period of Recognition lasts from the Fall of 1998 through Summer 2006. This accreditation indicates ". . . that the program complies with the educational standards established and evaluated by the Commission on Standards and Accreditation for masters' degree programs in Rehabilitation Counselor Education. Further, the Commission has deemed this Program able to maintain and enhance its level of compliance through the duration of the recognition."
