Emily Prevot received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education (grades 1-5) from Louisiana State University in 2015 and she currently holds a Louisiana Teaching License. She recently graduated in May 2018 and received her Master of Health Sciences degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Counseling at the LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans. She holds a provisional license with the Louisiana LPC Board of Examiners and is a PLPC intern at the LSUHSC Child & Family Counseling Clinic. She is currently pursuing her licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. Recently, she accepted a job as the School Counselor at Athlos Academies of Jefferson Parish, and begins this position August 2018.
