Specializations in the treatment of adults navigating severe and persistent mental illness, with clinical expertise spanning borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and co-occurring substance use disorders. She is passionate about providing integrative, evidence-based care, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches. Extensive experience supporting individuals through complex emotional and relational challenges, fostering resilience, insight, and self-compassion across diverse treatment settings.
