Complaint Policy
If a registrant or potential registrant would like to express a concern about his/her experience with an LSUHSC Child & Family Counseling Clinic sponsored event, he/she may call or email the LSUHSC Child & Family Counseling Clinic office cfcc@lsuhsc.edu (504) 556-3453. Although the LSUHSC Child & Family Counseling Clinic does not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions and respond within 2 weeks.
