Experience & Interests:
Eleana’s professional background reflects a strong focus on student development, wellness, and identity formation. She has experience supporting diverse student populations across higher education and athletics, with an interest in wellbeing and holistic growth.

Her previous roles include serving as a Student-Athlete Services Coordinator and Director of Player Development at the University of New Orleans, where she supported academic success, personal development, and career readiness initiatives for Division I student-athletes. She also served as a Student-Athlete Development Specialist at Indiana University, facilitating programming centered on leadership & life skills, community engagement, and career preparation across the athletic department.

Additionally, Eleana gained experience as a Graduate Assistant in the College of Education at Florida A&M University, where she supported student leadership, recruitment, and program operations. She also contributed to national programming as a Program Operations Assistant with the Pac-12 Diversity Mentorship Program, supporting initiatives focused on mentorship, diversity, and career advancement in collegiate athletics.

Eleana is committed to advancing student success through a holistic, wellness-centered approach that emphasizes access, engagement, and meaningful support systems.
