PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
The Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree is designed as an entry level clinical master’s degree program for students who possess a baccalaureate degree and prerequisite course work. It is an 82-credit hour program beginning in the spring semester and finishing in December, 23 months later. Our curriculum spans 6 semesters for full-time students; included in these semester hours are 24 weeks of Level II Fieldwork. INFORMATION SESSIONS For individuals interested in applying for admission to the Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) program, we offer group Information Sessions. An OT faculty member will facilitate a one-hour session on the first Friday of January through June, October, and November. Information sessions begin promptly at 12:00 PM CST. The 2024 dates are as follows: January 5, February 2, March 1, April 5, May 3, June 7, October 4, and November 1. Information Sessions are held in the OT Department, 1900 Gravier Street, Room 8A12, and a Zoom option is available.
