Student Ambassador Program

Purpose

The purpose of the Louisiana State University Health New Orleans, School of Allied Health Professions (SAHP) Student Ambassador Program is to designate official student representatives of the School of Allied Health Professions.

Student Ambassadors are exceptional student leaders who represent the School of Allied Health Professions and work with faculty and administration to promote the mission, vision, and values of SAHP. Ambassadors serve as representatives of Allied Health by engaging with prospective students, current students, alumni, community partners, and other stakeholders through recruitment initiatives, student engagement activities, community service, and alumni involvement.

SAHP Student Ambassadors are role models within the School of Allied Health Professions who demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, a positive attitude, strong leadership qualities, professionalism, and commitment to the SAHP community.
