Student Registration

In order to begin the registration process, you will need to print and fill out all of the following required documents. The following required forms must be submitted back to the school by the given deadline date.

Request for Financial Aid
Housing Application
Request for Academic Accommodation Application

 

Late Registration:

In the event you do not enroll in your courses by the registration deadline, you must complete the Retroactive Enrollment Form. This form must be completed and emailed to Yudi Cazanas, Student Affairs Coordinator, YDelga@lsuhsc.edu and your department chair to be routed for signature by the Dean of the School of Allied Health Processions and the Vice-Chancellor of Academic Affairs.
