​Clinical Coordinators AY 24-25 Charge: ​

1. Establish policies and procedures related to development and maintenance of clinical sites to include initiating and monitoring affiliation agreement, process of onboarding students, maintaining compliance regarding student health records, process of correspondence with community teachers for evaluation/grading, and record-keeping database of student locations in the community/region.
   
   
2. Support and assist with the implementation of Exxat throughout SAHP. ​

​Clinics AY 24-25 Charge: ​

1. Update general policies and procedures for SAHP clinics, to include a patient satisfaction survey to be used amongst all clinics.
   
   
2. Support and assist with the implementation of Epic throughout clinics and programs of SAHP.
