AY 24-25 Charge:

1. Align P&T Documents: Ensure consistency between P&T documents and annual evaluation guidelines, address discrepancies, and clarify mid-tenure and mid-promotion review processes.
   • Standardize categories and percentages for annual evaluations, review and provide feedback on evaluation forms, and ensure consistent application.
     ​
2. Standardize Faculty Appointments: Address variations in faculty appointments, standardize criteria and processes, and ensure uniform application across departments.
   ​
3. Enhance Representation and Mentorship: Ensure all departments are represented in the P&T process, address gaps, and create mentorship and collaboration opportunities, including lunch & learn sessions.
